Responsibilities:

Developingelectricaldesignsfromfeasibilitythroughtodetaileddesign

DesigningLVdistribution,switchgear,standbygeneration,UPS,lighting,smallpower,earthing&firealarmsystems

Producingcalculations,specifications,reports,drawings&tenderdocumentation

Surveyingexistingestates&developingelectricalinfrastructureupgradestrategies

Coordinatingdesignswithmechanical,architectural&structuraldisciplines

Reviewingcontractorproposals,technicalsubmissions&value-engineeringoptions

Supportingprojectsthroughconstruction,commissioning&handover

Mentoringjuniorengineers&supportingtechnicaldevelopment

Experience:

Electricalbuildingservicesdesignexperiencewithinaconsultancyenvironment

ExperiencedeliveringprojectsthroughmultipleRIBAstages

StrongknowledgeofUKelectricalstandards&regulations

ExperienceusingelectricalcalculationsoftwaresuchasAmtechorTrimble

Healthcare,laboratories,datacentresorcritical-estatesexperiencewouldbeadvantageous

Arelevantelectricalengineeringqualification

MIET,IEng,CEngorprogresstowardprofessionalregistrationwouldbebeneficial
