Qualifications and Skills:

The Software Development function is structured into several sub-teams or squads, each comprising approximately five members with specific responsibilities and technological expertise. The Team Lead, reporting to the IT Development Manager, assumes leadership of one of these squads, working closely with the Manager and other Team Leads to ensure coordination and collaboration across the teams.
As the team leader, the IT Development Team Lead oversees the technical and delivery aspects of their assigned squad, ensuring adherence to best practice development standards, policies, and processes. They bring full-stack software development skills, stakeholder management, and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborating with the IT Management Team and Product Managers, the Team Lead contributes to the development and communication of innovative IT solutions aligned with industry best practices, actively participating in enhancing software development practices and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
