Sales and Events Manager Salary : £45,000 plus benefits
Key responsibilities for the Sales and Events Manager:
Lead and inspire a reactive sales team of three people
Swiftly respond to all enquiries
Prepare for and carry out show rounds
Craft captivating proposals and contracts
Collaborate on sales and marketing plans and initiatives
Produce weekly and monthly sales reports discussing the commentary in the business meetings
Implement and train the team in sales techniques and closing sales skills on the phone and face to face
Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries for new business
Attend industry related events to drive new sales opportunities
