Senior Developer

Salary: £38,000 - 78,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Node, or similar modern stacks
• Interest in Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Product-focused mindset and understanding of the user and the problem
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, or broader DevOps tooling
• Exposure to React Native / Expo
• Experience contributing to re-platforming or system-modernisation projects

Responsibilities:

• Design and build new services and features for a next-generation platform
• Apply clean, scalable engineering principles, including Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design
• Write high-quality, testable code with strong testing discipline, with TDD encouraged
• Work closely with product to shape requirements and propose effective solutions
• Support the migration away from legacy systems
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers in best practices
• Operate within a team-led model where initiative and ownership are valued
