Shift Pattern: 4on 4off / 6am to 6pm OR 6pm to 6am

You will be responsible for the safe handling, storage, and movement of temperature-sensitive goods, supporting production and logistics operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Handling and Storage of Goods - ensure the safe and efficient storage of temperature-sensitive stock according to client and company requirements. This includes receiving, processing, and storing incoming shipments, as well as picking and packing orders for dispatch, while maintaining traceability and product integrity.

Production Support - support production lines by supplying materials, removing finished products, and assisting with repack operations.

Health, Safety, and Compliance - Maintaining a safe working environment is a key responsibility. Operatives follow company health and safety policies, report near misses or unsafe conditions, and participate in accident investigations when necessary

Teamwork and Training- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. They may assist in training new staff, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain high levels of customer service and brand integrity.

Administrative Duties - Tasks include booking pallets, requesting materials, maintaining traceability documents, and reporting non-conformances or quality issues promptly. Accurate record-keeping supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

About you:

Experience in warehouse or production environments, particularly with temperature-controlled goods Indeed.

Ability to operate warehouse IT systems and equipment safely.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills to support collaborative operations.

Proactive approach to achieving production targets and continuous improvement.
