Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a varied role and supporting different areas of a business.

The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers, colleagues and suppliers and will have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing general administrative support across the business

* Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails

* Processing and updating information accurately on internal systems

* Preparing documents, correspondence and reports

* Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

* Managing diaries and arranging meetings where required

* Processing orders, invoices or other documentation

* Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments

* Updating spreadsheets and databases

* Handling incoming and outgoing post

* Supporting the wider team with general office duties

* Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

* Previous experience within an administrative or office-based role

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

* A professional and confident telephone manner

* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
