What You'll Do:
As a Block Manager, your role will involve:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within block management.
Managing financial oversight throughout the year, including expenditure authorisation and monitoring of service charge budgets.
Ensuring timely and effective management of service charge demands and arrears.
Conducting regular site inspections and generating detailed management reports.
Maintaining robust communication with residents, resident associations, and landlords to nurture a supportive community environment.
Ensuring all properties comply with essential Health and Safety legislation, including fire safety regulations and risk assessments.
Overseeing contract management with external contractors to assure high-quality service and compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated individual with a passion for block management, equipped with:
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the initiative to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills, crucial for managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
A valid driver's licence is essential for this role.
