The company offer a generous benefits package, are recognized as an excellent employer, are at the forefront of their industry and can offer a diverse range of interesting plant and machinery for Engineers to work on.Typical duties for the Maintenance Engineer will include:Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights (12-hour shifts).Electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed production and packaging machinery.Responding to emergency breakdowns.Supporting the development of planned maintenance schedules.Supporting site Projects (machinery refurbishments and new installations).Maintenance Engineer will carry out Electrical and mechanical installations.Ensuring correct set up of production lines to maximise output.Continuous Improvement activities, including leading improvement initiatives.Work proactively to improve production efficiencies by reducing changeover times, and minimising downtime.The personWe are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong Electrical Engineering skills.Maintenance Engineering experience gained within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.Good PLC Fault-Finding skills.Experienced working on Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.HNC or HND Qualified.The Salary & BenefitsSalary circa 48,000 pa10% Company Pension ContributionPaid Overtime25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysLife AssuranceStaff Discount on productsGym MembershipCycle to Work SchemeWith great road links, this role is commutable from: Staffordshire, Cheshire, Crewe, Keele, Stoke, Newcastle-under-Lyne, Stone, Leek, Biddulph, Kidsgrove, Alsager, Nantwich, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Sandbach, Stafford, Uttoxeter, Audlem, Market Drayton, Burton-upon-Trent.
