We are currently supporting a leading FTSE 100 Wealth & Asset Management organisation in their search for an experienced AWS / TypeScript Integration Engineer to join a key integration and transformation programme. This role is suited to a technically strong engineer with proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations within cloud-native environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, third-party vendors, architects, and engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and robust integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse integration requirements from business and third-party stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and agree integration patterns and approaches. Design end-to-end integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms. Work alongside the Integration Manager to coordinate and support integration delivery activities. Present solutions within architecture review boards and technical governance forums. Develop and maintain BDD test scenarios using Cucumber. Support QA and end-to-end testing activities. Define deployment, migration, release, and cutover strategies for integration components. Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development:TypeScript, Node.js Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform AWS Services: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes Testing: Cucumber, Mockito

Experience & Attributes

Strong experience delivering enterprise integration solutions. Proven solution design and technical architecture capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working within large and complex enterprise environments.
