This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on leader to take responsibility for production performance, quality standards, and team development while supporting continuous improvement across the business.This role would suit an individual with a strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, or welding environments, combined with previous supervisory experience and a passion for leading high-performing teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary of £19.00Monday to Friday working hours with an early finish every FridayPerformance-related bonus scheme based on KPI achievementPotential company car or car allowance bonus based on performance and contributionOpportunity to join a growing and supportive businessLong-term career development opportunitiesStable working schedule with a strong work-life balanceThe RoleAs a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.Key Duties Include:Supervising daily welding and fabrication activitiesLeading, motivating, and developing production staffEnsuring production targets and deadlines are achievedMaintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulationsEnsuring adherence to RWC EN 1090 (1, 2 & 3) standardsManaging warehouse operations, including stock control and material movementMonitoring quality standards and carrying out production checksCompleting operational reports and maintaining accurate recordsWorking closely with senior management to improve efficiency and processesProviding technical support and guidance on welding-related mattersAssisting with training and onboarding of new team membersWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Welding Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar leadership roleStrong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processesWorking knowledge of EN 1090 (1, 2 & 3) standardsExperience within a manufacturing, fabrication, workshop, or warehouse environmentGood IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and production systemsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environmentWhy Join This Company?This is an opportunity to join a successful and expanding manufacturing business where your experience and leadership will have a direct impact on operational success.
