Role OverviewWe’re seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in designing, specifying, and delivering mechanical systems that meet client needs while pushing the boundaries of energy efficiency and environmental performance. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and specification of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for a variety of building typesProduce detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and reportsCollaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholdersConduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure compliance and qualitySupport project delivery from concept through to completionStay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and sustainable technologies What We’re Looking ForDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering3+ years of relevant experience in building services designProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES)Strong understanding of UK building regulations and CIBSE guidelinesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsChartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or IMechE) is a plus.
