The successful candidate will be the face of their store, delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the company’s core values.
Day-to-day of the role:
Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods.
Achieve performance KPIs and sales targets.
