SEN Teachers and Support Staff - Solihull
Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of an all-age SEN school based in Solihull.
The school provides specialist education and support for children and young people with moderate learning difficulties, including students who are on the autistic spectrum. The school is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every student is supported to develop their confidence, independence and academic potential.
The school takes a personalised approach to education, recognising that every student has different abilities, strengths and learning needs. Staff work closely with pupils, parents, carers and external professionals to provide consistent support and ensure that students receive the appropriate guidance throughout their education.
The School
Students benefit from a broad and balanced curriculum that includes the National Curriculum, alongside personalised learning and enrichment opportunities. Teaching and support are adapted to individual needs, with a strong focus on communication, social development, independence, practical skills and preparation for adulthood.
The school places a strong emphasis on pastoral care and student wellbeing. Staff are expected to build positive relationships with pupils, understand their individual needs and create a calm and supportive learning environment.

Experienced education professionals with SEN or autism experience
Experience of working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable. However, candidates with the right attitude, patience, commitment and willingness to learn may also be considered.
