Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant | Winsford | ASAP Start | Long-Term Supply | £90 - £105 per day

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming one-form-entry primary school in Winsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with a strong background working with primary-aged children who is looking to secure a new role.

The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within Year 3 and Year 4, working closely with the class teacher to provide engaging and effective support across the curriculum. The school is a friendly and inclusive setting where staff work closely together to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive.

The Role

Supporting pupils across Year 3 and Year 4 with their learning and development.

Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.

Providing support to individuals and small groups where required.

Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and learning skills.

Supporting children who may require additional help with their learning or behaviour.

Assisting with classroom preparation and creating a positive learning environment.

Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining high expectations.To be considered for this role, we will need -

Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.

A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
