My client are currently seeking a talented Architect to join their team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge design solutions across multiple sectors, contributing their expertise to projects that shape communities and inspire future generations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
ARB registered and ideally post Part 3 experience.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts tailored to specific project requirements.
Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
Relevant project and sector experience.
Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews, effectively communicating design intent and responding to feedback.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
A strong interest in the design of sustainable buildings.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be preferred, but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
