This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced structural engineer to take on a senior leadership position, managing a team, developing staff, maintaining key client relationships and working closely with Directors to support the continued growth of the business.The successful candidate will have strong structural design experience and be comfortable working across a varied range of projects and project scales.What's on Offer:Competitive salary of £60,000+, subject to UK experienceVaried range of projects and project scalesOpportunity to join an ambitious and growing organisationManagement and leadership responsibilitiesExcellent development and progression opportunitiesOpportunity to work closely with Directors and influence business growthQualificationsEssential:Previous experience in a senior or Associate Structural Engineering positionChartered Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)Strong structural engineering design experienceExperience managing and developing engineering staffKey account management and client relationship experienceExperience working towards and achieving KPIsDesirable:Expert-level Autodesk Revit StructuresExpert-level Autodesk AutoCADMicrosoft Outlook proficiencyExperience using MailManagerRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of structural engineers and techniciansSupport the development, mentoring and progression of team membersOversee structural design projects across a range of sectors and scalesMaintain and develop key client relationshipsManage key accounts and support continued business developmentMonitor team performance and work towards agreed KPIsWork closely with Directors on business strategy and project deliveryReview structural designs, calculations and technical drawingsEnsure projects are delivered to a high technical standard and within agreed timescalesRequirementsBe a confident and capable team leaderHave strong technical and commercial awarenessDemonstrate excellent communication and client management skillsBe proactive and motivated to contribute to the growth of the businessHave a strong understanding of structural engineering design and project delivery
