PM Warehouse Shift Manager
Salary- £38, 000 - £42,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Shift Pattern- Afternoon's Monday- Friday
Purpose of the role
The Shift manager provides a critical role delivering a successful operation. The Shift Manager will be responsible for the line management of the staff within the warehouse team, ensuring that all operational requirements for the department are met. Managing priorities within a fast paced and challenging environment the Shift Manager will be required to deliver results within the customers SLA, ensuring all departmental KPIs are met.
The Shift manager will ensure delivery of operational excellence for Safety, Quality and efficiency on a daily basis, whilst staying focused on the needs of clients and patients. The Shift Manager will need to drive continuous improvement activities within their department and deliver measurable change.
Required Experience:
3+ years’ experience in Shift management working in fast moving environment
Strong people management skills, and an ability to motivate and encourage strong teamwork.
Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software and forecasting techniques
Experience with a WMS preferred.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Skills & Education:
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
Logistics 3PL experience
