Salary: $50,000 USD + benefits (Total package: $75,000–$85,000 USD, tax-free)

Work Authorisation: Right to work in the Caribbean preferred, but work permits available for candidates with regional experience

A luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager for one of its sites in the Caribbean. Known for its thoughtfully crafted menus, exceptional service, and laid-back elegance, this venue offers a relaxed yet refined dining and drinking experience.

We are looking for a dynamic Bar Manager with a strong background in the Caribbean, high-end resorts, or fine dining venues. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive an elevated beverage program while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the bar, from service standards to inventory management
• Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced yet sophisticated setting
• Curate and maintain a creative cocktail menu using high-quality ingredients
• Build strong supplier relationships and ensure cost efficiency
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest experience
