JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactive and reactive painting and decorating.
Be able to respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
Be responsible for repairs and surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings front and back of house areas, and hotel rooms.
Wallpapering skills
Participate with maintenance shift Rota pattern as and when required.
Be confident in completing any other reasonable task as required.
A dedicated focus towards guest experience, ensuring our hotel facilities always meet the standards promised.
A competent hands on person who will ensure fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and assures any defects are corrected promptly.
Weekend cover as needed.
