Qualify potential customers for services and renew commercial energy contracts.
Build rapport with customers and prospects, whilst providing them with a first-class service.
Selling service to potential clients throughout each call.
Updating CRM system with updated/accurate information.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.
Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
Skills and experience required:
Have worked in B2B Energy telesales for at least 2 years
Proven track record of lead generation and handling objections
Passionate about generating new business with a strong drive for success.
You are self-motivated and tenacious.
You have outstanding communication skills (verbal, written + great listening)
You work well under pressure.
