As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our dynamic project management team. You will have an opportunity to work closely with clients, whilst managing and allocating resources within our internal teams. What you'll do

You'll have a wide range of responsibilities. Here are some examples to give you a flavour of what you'll do:

Lead the end to end delivery of digital projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within

budget, and to the highest quality standards

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment

Facilitating client success by initiating projects effectively, defining project visions, devising delivery plans and establishing robust project governance

Motivate and inspire project teams, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure successful project delivery

Identify potential risks and issues early on, developing mitigation strategies and effectively managing risk throughout the project lifecycle

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and alignment on project goals and objectives

Identifying and addressing potential resource conflicts swiftly and effectively

Managing project backlogs using Microsoft DevOps, maintaining

organisation and efficiency

Actively participate in lessons learned sessions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery processes.
