The Company:
ER Recruitment is proud to be working with our client, a well-known business support organisation based in the East Midlands who are looking for an Employment Support Specialist to join their Employment Services department, where you will play a key role in helping people with health and wellbeing barriers find, enter and sustain paid work.
Role & Responsibilities of the Employment Support Specialist:
* Carry out initial engagement activity within contract timescales and ensuring each new participant is sign-posted to appropriate support.
* Liaise with referral partners to ensure a warm handover and positive on-boarding of participants.
* Conduct timely in work support calls or visits, providing ongoing IAG and signposting for participants and businesses to ensure roles are sustainable.
* Create and maintain in-work action plans, acting as an intermediary for external support partners, businesses, and participants to ensure a quality of service reflected in the action plan.
