We have an opportunity for a proven leader to join our team on a permanent basis, leading our engineering agenda and joining us on our journey to take our engineering department from good to great!

You'll be a strategic, people focused manager with excellent leadership and communication skills. Working in collaboration with our senior management team youll ensure KPI delivery and oversee the continuous improvement of the department. Youll be responsible for two direct reports, with their wider teams of a further 15 colleagues. Youll have experience of creating effective tracking systems to ensure business KPIs are met and will be apt at developing data systems to drive improvement activities. Youll be responsible for the technical elements of our safety agenda, for the facilities management of our site and will have budgetary control.

The role works cross functionally to ensure the site leadership strategic goals are delivered in the short, medium and long term. As such, youll have demonstrable experience of successfully project managing multiple activities whilst maintaining a fixed eye on the future of the site and department. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced, expert Engineering Manager to develop their career within a leader in the Fresh Produce industry.
