Our client, a reputable and thriving company based in Banbury, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support their dynamic team of five Customer Service Executives. Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Manage correspondence via email, and letter, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Prepare and issue customer quotations using our ERP system.
Maintain up-to-date CRM database with precise account and contact details.
Support the Customer Service team with purchasing processes and stock control.
Provide clerical and administrative support across various departments.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude towards customer service.
Strong teamwork capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM software.
