Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
We are working with a specialist education setting that supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. The school is seeking a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
Promoting engagement, independence, and personal development
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
Creating a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Patient, compassionate, and resilient approach
Ability to adapt to individual pupil needs
Keen to make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable learners
Relevant TA, care, youth work, or SEN experience welcomed
