What we are looking for; Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following; Experience gained in a leadership role within a large, complex organisation (4,000+ colleagues).
Excellent leader of people, able to inspire and motivate large teams and drive high performance standards.
Strong experience of leading HR operations, real depth of understanding of process and systems improvements.
Analytical mindset, able to analyse interpret and utilise data effectively.
Detail orientated, happy to get into the operations and ‘roll sleeves up’ where necessary.
Experience of M&A would be advantageous.
Highly experienced in all areas of HR, knows what good looks like and how to get the best out of the people and systems.
Excellent influencing and relationship building skills.
Confidence to establish and embed new ways of working.
Excellent presentation skills.
