You'll support the HR Business Partnering teams to equip them with the necessary resources and expertise, ensuring they deliver top-tier service within their respective regions.This is a brand new role supporting our Chief People Officer on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR team deliver to the business through various means including strategic partnerships, operational excellence, project leadership, system efficiency and compliance and communication. The role is internal facing and your key stakeholders will be managers across the business. Leading and developing the team, driving high performance.

Strong experience of leading HR operations, real depth of understanding of process and systems improvements.

Analytical mindset, able to analyse interpret and utilise data effectively.

Detail orientated, happy to get into the operations and ‘roll sleeves up’ where necessary.

Experience of M&A would be advantageous.

Highly experienced in all areas of HR, knows what good looks like and how to get the best out of the people and systems.

Excellent influencing and relationship building skills.

Confidence to establish and embed new ways of working.
