Job Description

Work Pattern: Mon-Fri, 8am till 4pm, Hybrid,

PAYE Pay Rate:£17.97 per hour

Role Purpose

To support the rollout of the NICHE Digital Case File (DCF) system to over 4,000 police officers and staff by developing and delivering effective IT training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training on the NICHE DCF system.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop training materials.
  • Deliver training both online and in person.
  • Keep up to date with system and process changes.
  • Provide clear and user-friendly technical guidance.
  • Work collaboratively within the IT Training Team.
  • Attend Middlemoor regularly during the training development phase.
  • Travel occasionally to other Force locations to deliver training.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technology.
  • Experience delivering training or presenting to groups is desirable.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Calm and adaptable when dealing with unexpected issues.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Full UK Driving License required due to occasional travel.
