About the job Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

Delivering design work and construction site support for major infrastructure projects.
Assisting and mentoring team members to support their technical and professional growth.
Performing analysis and design using software such as Tekla, TEDDS, IDEA StatiCA and produce hand calculations.
Preparing CDM activities, basis of design documents, scopes of work, technical reports, and coordinating inter-discipline designs.

What You'll Need:

A degree (BEng or MEng) in Structural Engineering.
Experience with BIM packages.
Strong technical design skills using British and international standards, or Eurocodes.
Proven experience in preparing bids and proposals and building good client relationships.
Experience designing structures in reinforced concrete and steel.
Knowledge of seismic, dynamic, and extreme environmental loading (highly beneficial).
