Job Description

MACHINE OPERATOR

Machine Operating / FMGC / Packaging

Marston Green, B37

Rotational Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am plus occasional overtime.

£15.10ph (shift premium will be paid once permanent)

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with previous experience working with a manufacturing environment, full machine training will be provided however, applicants must have previous experience setting and operating manufacturing machinery.

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate the BOBST Masterfold folder-gluer.

Produce high-quality folding cartons to customer specifications.

Adjust machine settings to achieve the best quality and performance.

Carry out quality checks throughout production.

Complete efficient job changeovers to minimise downtime.

Identify and resolve basic machine or production issues.

Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. We are seeking EXPERIENCED Machine Operators for this role who are keen to receive and learn industry leading machinery.
