Job Description

Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Glasgow
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

HGV Technician Required – Glasgow
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Level 3 HGV Technician to join our busy and well-established workshop in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position offering strong earning potential and fully funded training to support your long-term career development.

The Role
As an HGV Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy goods vehicles

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment

Carrying out vehicle inspections and MOT preparation

Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA and manufacturer standards

Accurately completing job cards and service documentation

Working safely and efficiently within a team environment

Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Previous experience working as an HGV Technician

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

Full UK driving licence

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Fully Funded Training & Development
