Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Paraplanner to join a reputable financial services firm based in Chorley. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of financial advisors in providing top-notch financial planning services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and work closely with financial advisors to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on investment products, financial markets, and tax regulations to provide comprehensive and accurate financial recommendations.
Financial Planning: Prepare detailed financial plans and reports, considering various factors such as retirement planning, investment strategies, insurance coverage, tax optimization, and estate planning.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client files and documentation are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
Investment Portfolio Review: Review and analyse clients' investment portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
Team Support: Collaborate with financial advisors, administrators, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional client service.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in financial planning tools and methodologies.
Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior paraplanners and assist in their professional development. Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner in the financial services industry.
Holds relevant qualifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment products, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
