On behalf of Rolls-Royce , who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for a 12 month contract based in Bristol .

Purpose of the Role:

Drive the continuous improvement and optimisation of manufacturing processes to maximise process capability, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.

Analyse process performance, identify root causes of manufacturing issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap and improve process control.

Support the introduction of new products, equipment, and process improvements while ensuring robust documentation and manufacturing standards are maintained.

What You'll Do: Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and methods of manufacture.

Monitor process performance, define key process variables, and implement control measures to ensure optimum manufacturing performance.

Analyse data, perform root cause investigations, and lead corrective actions.

Own and maintain PFMEA activities.

Define, analyse, and report process change requirements.

Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
