We are delighted to continue collaborating with a cosy gastropub with rooms set in a tranquil village in Devon. They are searching for a talented Sous Chef to craft a variety of high-quality dishes using the very best, locally sourced ingredients.
The gastropub is happy to conduct interviews via Teams if you cant attend in person.

£33,000 per annum plus up to £6,000 service charge
Set days off Monday and Tuesday

Creating a variety of high-quality dishes from their ever-changing, seasonal menu
Making the most of the gastropubs access to the very best, locally sourced ingredients
Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
This presents an excellent opportunity to elevate your kitchen management skills and perfect your culinary skillset as you work alongside a highly experienced Head Chef and ambitious team.
