Job description
We are seeking a dynamic London-area based Account Manager to join our team, where you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients across the UK.
As our UK Account Manager, you will support client relationships with targeted high-value and/or high-potential portfolio accounts. You will work collaboratively with the Practice Leads to develop opportunities within the portfolio to maximize client revenue growth and overall satisfaction. The Account Manager will work collaboratively across the organization to deliver value for clients through responsive client servicing and day-to-day project management of relevant initiative
Responsibilities:
Support the Practice Leads in fostering strategic long-term relationships across assigned client portfolio by driving issuance, procuring renewals, and growing account revenue through upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Provide day-to-day project management to execute on strategic account plans that drive retention and growth through optimal deployment of our products and services.
Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional, remote team to align and coordinate internal resources to deliver on client objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Virtual Incentives products and processes, along with an understanding of the latest in the rewards and payments marketplaces
Manage client escalations swiftly and effectively to drive the business forward.
Key Candidate Qualities:
Action-oriented and analytical, with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Curious to learn our our clients’ business models and keen interest in providing them with exceptional, responsive service
Dependable, highly adaptable, fast learner with a competitive spirit and drive for results
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to pivot strategies based on market changes and client feedback in the ever evolving sales landscape
Abie to work independently and collaboratively to produce deliverables
Eager to contribute to a fast-growing team and open to continuous learning and process improvement
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably in the payments, financial services or incentives.
At least 4 years of account management, sales, business development, or consulting experience
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build collaborative, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate client needs and requirements effectively
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
