Engineering Project Manager

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will deliver capital projects that improve site performance, capacity and reliability. You turn business needs into well-scoped projects. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Technical and external partners to make sure installations are safe, compliant and delivered on time and within budget. You are a key part of continuous improvement and future-proofing the site. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of capital projects from feasibility and business case development through to commissioning and handover.

Manage capital investment programmes and engineering improvement initiatives across the site.

Develop project scopes, budgets, investment proposals, and business cases.

Ensure projects achieve targeted ROI and measurable business benefits.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage external contractors and suppliers.

Embed robust project governance, risk management, and reporting processes.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and root cause methodologies.

Ensure all projects comply with health & safety, food safety, environmental, quality, and engineering standards.

Present project progress, investment proposals, and business cases to senior leadership teams.
