Training & Administration Coordinator

Job Description

WSR is recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Training and Administration Coordinator on behalf of a growing specialist business based in Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes | £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

Permanent | Full-time | Office-based | Monday to Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm

You will support the day-to-day operation of a busy external training centre, coordinating course bookings and assessments while communicating with customers, candidates, training providers, assessors and awarding bodies. Full training will be provided, so previous automotive or training-sector experience is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate training courses, bookings, attendees and assessments.

Maintain the Outlook training calendar and accurate booking records.

Liaise with customers, training providers, suppliers, assessors and awarding bodies.

Register candidates and maintain accurate assessment documentation.

Prepare paperwork and ensure assessors have the information they require.

Distribute certificates and maintain accurate training records.

Update Excel spreadsheets and administrative systems.

Raise customer invoices using Xero and check the information for accuracy.

Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries.

Welcome visitors and provide reception and general office support.

Arrange course lunches, supplies and other practical requirements.

Skills and Experience

At least one year’s experience in administration, coordination or customer service.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Professional telephone and email manner.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Proactive, reliable and comfortable learning new systems.

Desirable experience: automotive services, training administration, course coordination, Xero, awarding bodies or assessment organisations.

Benefits

Salary of £27,000–£28,000, depending on experience.
