?? Shift Patterns Our services operate around the needs of the people we support, so shifts are varied and include a mix of early shifts, late shifts, sleep-ins, waking nights and weekend working .

?? About the role As a Support Worker, you will support people to live as independently as possible, make informed choices and enjoy full and rewarding lives within their local communities.

Your role may include:

Supporting with personal care, cooking, cleaning and daily living

Encouraging independence, choice and confidence

Supporting people to access leisure, shopping and community activities

Supporting health and wellbeing, including medication where required

Maintaining accurate care, medication and financial records

Communicating effectively with individuals, families, colleagues and external agencies

Following support plans, safeguarding, health and safety and professional boundaries

Carrying out appropriate risk assessments

Working as part of a team and using your own initiative

Contributing to reviews, meetings, supervision and service development
