THE CANDIDATE:• The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has a track record of managing their own caseload and has experience managing junior Solicitors and paralegals. • You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills. • You should also have 4+ years' experience in dealing with employment matters. • Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters is also required. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. • It would also be beneficial if you have an established track record of meeting financial targets.
