Job Description

Are you an experienced Interim Registered Manager with a clinical background in nursing homes? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to oversee a crucial role within their team in Birmingham. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from 350 to 450. You'll have the chance to make a real impact in a struggling nursing home, with the support of a dedicated team.

As an Interim Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
