We are representing a reputable franchised main car dealership in Exeter that is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. The Service Advisor role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to advance their career within a well-established automotive environment, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the dealership’s continued growth.

Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of approximately £35,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00AM – 6:00PM, with only one in three Saturdays

Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service requirements
Estimating repair costs and explaining work needed to customers
Liaising effectively between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
Upselling additional services where appropriate
Managing workshop bookings and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer recordsRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a franchised dealership preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive products and service procedures
