Client:
Castlefield are currently working with a professional services organisation who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a permanent basis. They are based in offices in both Leeds city centre and Bradford. A successful candidate will be required to drive regularly between sites and hold a full clean driving license.
Our client is looking for a hardworking individual with excellent office experience to be a part of the business support team, providing administrative duties and support across office functions.
Duties will include:
Dealing with internal/external queries
Providing customer service to external stakeholders
Sorting and handling the mailroom including the distribution and collection of items
General administrative duties including Photocopying, scanning, binding of documents and plans as directed
Assisting senior management in administrative tasks
Daily van run between offices as required
Assisting with the setup of events and large meetings
Person:
Excellent communication skills and friendly telephone manner
Must have a full clean driving licences
Experience working in a busy office environment
Hold strong administrative skills and good knowledge of Microsoft applications
