The Role

Due to the development and expansion of the firm, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Casualty Solicitor, dealing with a varied caseload of litigated casualty work. The work is for both large insurers and self-insured corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor experienced in running their own caseload of EL/PL files as well as appearing in the Sheriff Court and All Scotland Personal Injury court cases.
The Candidate
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Complex Casualty cases
• Experience appearing in the Sheriff Court and All Scotland Personal Injury Court
• Successful in building client relationships
• Ability to liaise with clients, court and experts confidently
• Ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload and meet set deadlines
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
