Working hours:
As a Sales Progressor, you will be required to work full-time
The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:
Up to a basic of £25,000
£32,000 OTE (uncapped)

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:
Worked within the role previously for a minimum of 2 years
Basic IT skills

As a Sales Progressor your role will involve:
Monitoring and prioritising workload to achieve targets

Surveys
Keeping in touch with agents
Communication with owners
Brilliant customer service
Communicating effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
Arrange for contracts to be signed.
Updating Managers on the sale process
Updating CRM and Vendor portal
Progressing sales through to completion
Cross selling products
