Head Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and mature Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or ambitious Sous Chef to join a stable and exciting project focused on high-end Vietnamese cuisine.This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a strong background in high-end kitchens, particularly South East Asian cuisine, who is looking to step away from the intensity and volume of larger, busier operations while still having the opportunity to lead, create and make their mark.The RoleYou’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with a small team of 6 chefs.
