About the Role You'll have an important part to play as the Security Operations Manager responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Unipart Group Security standards. As a forward thinking and people focused company you will ensure customer satisfaction and value-add by delivering cost optimised sustainable security solutions and excellent security performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the Group Security Management Team, reporting to the Head of Security Operations UK, proactively reducing risk exposure to Unipart, its customers, and employees through the effective implementation of Unipart's security management framework and security standards.

As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:

? Create a safe and secure working environment for our employees and all visitors to our operation by deploying robust security solutions.

? Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to enact safety standards that mitigate organisational vulnerabilities.

? Deliver exceptional service quality and client satisfaction through cost-efficient protective strategies.

? Evaluate threat levels accurately while driving swift remediation and regular progress tracking for any security gaps and deliver corrective action plans when required.

? Develop and maintain in-depth site security profiles to include mapping of site security design and installations.
