You will be responsible for conducting thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to ensure compatibility with our clients' requirements and values. Key Responsibilities:
Utilise social media platforms and online job boards to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for available roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and preferences.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any subject, but Human Resources, Marketing and related fields desirable.
