Job Description

A Senior Back-End Java Developer is required to support a major Government transformation programme focused on Identity and Access Management. You will deliver enhancements, new features, and BAU activity within a continuous improvement squad. The role includes supporting the re?platforming of an IDAM service to Azure Kubernetes Service and contributing to modern DevOps-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and enhance scalable back-end systems in a cloud environmentLead technical design discussions and translate requirements into solutionsSupport incident and change managementContribute to technical strategy and continuous improvementWork collaboratively while independently owning Jira-based work itemsStrong Identity and Access Management knowledgeExperience integrating with at least one IDAM platform (ForgeRock, One Identity, Okta, Azure AD, Auth0)
