to join our dynamic culinary team, covering care homes across Ipswich, Felixstowe, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Woodbridge, Mildenhall, Eye, and Newmarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery

Coordinate with clients to meet specific culinary requirements

Ensure all food preparation adheres to organisational recipes and presentation standards

Qualifications

As an

Agency Chef , you will need:

Proven experience in food production, cooking, or hospitality roles, preferably within restaurant or catering environments

Level 3 Food Safety required

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene and sanitation

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Competence in team management, motivating staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment

Good understanding of culinary techniques across various cuisines

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant sectors is highly desirable

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
