Job Description

LOM architecture and design is hiring technical architects to join its team in London.

We are looking for talented architects with strong technical experience to support our London team on a range of complex architecture and interior design projects.

LOM is an AJ100 practice with a wide-ranging portfolio of architecture and interior design projects for public sector clients and major global businesses, including Microsoft, HSBC and the Bank of England. We work internationally, with projects on-site in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. In 2025, LOM was named Architectural Practice of the Year at the National Building and Construction Awards and won the inaugural prize for UK Project of the Year at the 2024 FX Design Awards. We are a young, friendly and collaborative practice, with regular social events and a great studio space located in central Shoreditch.

Key responsibilities:

  • apply strong technical expertise to resolve complex detail and construction coordination challenges
  • prepare technical drawings, specifications across a range of project typologies and scales
  • coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams
  • support compliance with UK Building Regulations and fire safety requirements
  • use Revit to maintain coordinated technical information across projects

Skills required:

  • between two to five years’ post-qualification experience
    track record working across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
  • experience working on both interior and architectural projects is advantageous
  • strong proficiency in Revit
  • experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • ability to work collaboratively and manage workloads effectively
