£32,000 Basic Salary | Up to £53,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and successful dealership in Dagenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of workshop operations, ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency and high standards of workmanship while supporting a team of skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop.

*

Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skill set and workload.

*

Monitoring workshop productivity and ensuring jobs are completed on time.

*

Supporting and motivating the workshop team to achieve performance targets.

*

Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and manufacturer compliance.

*

Liaising with the Service Department to ensure customers are kept informed of repair progress.

*

Assisting with technical queries and ensuring an excellent level of customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

*

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician or Workshop Supervisor within the motor trade.

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

Excellent technical knowledge and diagnostic understanding.

*

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

*

A proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.

*

Full UK driving licence.
